The rules for becoming an affiliate are simple, as long as your fanlisting has something to with Flight 29 Down (actors, episodes, etc.) you will most likely be accepted. If your fanlisting doesn't directly link to the formentioned guidelines fill out the comment box with the reason why you think your fanlisting and mine should be affiliate (example: actors' other projects, shows/people from Discovery Kids).
